I have been involved in the stone masonry and landscape trades for the last 15 years. My experience comes from a wide variety of hands on learning paired with training under exceptional mentors. Although my main focus is in natural stone; concrete, brick, block and landscaping are all facets of my skillset. I have worked on projects all across Vermont, MA, NH, ME & NY.

Attention to detail and line work started at a young age as soon as I could put crayon to paper. I like to draw, A LOT. Letter structure and flow in graffiti sparked my interest in my teenage years and I draw a lot of characteristics from that into my stone work now. My focus is on balance and composition. I believe the lines between the stones have just as much a story to tell as the material itself.

I started Gilligan Stone LLC in 2024 to expand my creativity, to challenge my skillset, and to open new doors as to what is possible with stone.
